A nutrient-rich meal replacement that offers complete nutrition, requiring only water to prepare and packed with essential vitamins and minerals for a balanced meal. To contribute to a more sustainable future, we have chosen not to include a scoop in the bag. Instead, use a standard deciliter measure.
106 g (approx. 2 dl) powder to 210 g (approx. 2 dl) boiling water. Add the boiling water to the powder in a shaker or a bowl. Stir thoroughly to ensure even heating. Cover for approximately 5 minutes. Stir again, add more water if necessary for a creamier dish, and enjoy your meal! A simple tip for best results: shake the package well before taking your portion.
